One of the commenters on this site who claimed to be Pralay Mondal(may be true) suggested to contact customerservices.cards @hdfcbank.com.
Being suffered with the condition of call center to which i used to call (0422-5384332) i didn’t cared about the customerservices.cards @hdfcbank.com email-ID, thinking the service will be same through this email ID too.
Dial this number(0422-5384332) during night time, either you will get the message - “outgoing facility on this Airtel phone is blocked pleas call Airtel customer support on 8080 …” something like this.(or) The phone keeps on ringing no one picks it.
This will continues till the morning ~8 am. 24 Hr Customer Support Center Number.
Latter i thought the service from customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com may be better compared to my call center … I emailed my problem/issue to customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com. I got a useless(no use)reply after 2+ days.

I thought MY Airtel connection was barred , even though i had paid my bills properly. Airtel is capable of doing this. Then i called another number to check and then realised that my Airtel connection was right,but HDFC customer care has the problem.

This letter we receved 21-apr-2006
And second letter receved dated : 11-may-06
We would like to that the smartPay facility for the payment for your LIC premimum. We requested you to contact the insurance company for any such refund.
We cannot inform you for samrtpay facility. We cannot pay payment in cradit cad bill. I alraedy pay in LIC policy Premimum. You have carges to retail Rs919.74 + 11.02 Proccesing fee. We can’t accept this charg.

I visa card holder since long year your bank card no.4346XXXXXXXXXXXX I faild minimum payment last month due dt. 27th May after that I have got next statement received on 21st june06 ‘immediet’ deposite minimum payment Rs 8000/-apx. but unfortunate I was suffering ill but I deposit cash Rs.2000/- at your branch on 23rd june06.I received a call on my cellphone on 24th june06 at 16.03hrs. from landline bsnl no.22487869 as per she’s singhania regarding payment I tell her next week payment has been done after that what she said me you begging with wife from market and pay immediet i.e fact is true already Icollect voice recording from phone centre .I informed also R.B.I Ombudsment deptt. if need I filed Consumer Forum till wait your invesigation properly will take action immedietly.

I am too much suffering with HDFC card. I am not getting statement in proper time. I am getting satement after 5-6 month. It’s running from Sep-2005. Everytime I paid my bill without any statement. I already inform my 2 mail id in HDFC customer services for email statement but there doing same problem. My other banks CC card statement is comming smoothly in same mail except HDFC card. Here I am lloking too much problem with my statement. You are putting too much extra charges with my card which was not my fault. That was fault of HDFC bank for proper statement in proper time. But if you look my payment details then you can see I paid evry amount with carges in proper time. But again from From August 2006 I am not getting any statement from HDFC. But I already paid Aug 23 - Rs. 1500 and Sep-23 -> Rs. 1000 qithout statement. Just Now I call HDFC customer services and they tell me my out standing till now 7000+ there is add various extra charges. So please Sir tell me now how I wave my extra charges. Thease extra charges was added for HDFC bank fault that was not my fault. So why I pay extra charges for Bank foult. Please help me for clear thease extra charges.

from the time i have got this HDFC bank creditcard its become a real pain.first of all i didnt get monthly statement for three months then after repeatedly calling the customer care i got the monthly statement after 3 months which reflected the outstanding much higher than my usage.when i contacted customer care they said its not there mistake and i have to pay the amount reflected in the bill with intrest and financial charges.bcoz of no fault of mine i have been charged all the possible charges which i declined to pay.i have been regularly paying the amount only swiped by me or card used for making utility bill payment.till date my card outstanding shows Rs 3316/- which i decline to pay.so kindly look into this matter.bye

i had been complaint to the customer services saying that transaction of (PAYCOM.NET) HAS BEEN TAKING CREDITS FROM MY CARDS FOR THE PAST SOME MONTHS AND I NEED TO CLOSE THAT BUT I COULDN’T MKE IT.I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICES ABOUT THIS MATTER AND THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE THE NEW CREDIT CARD OF THE EXISTING AND IT WILL BE CHARGED AS rS.100/-FOR THE NEW ONE.THE CARD HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND THE SAME TRANSACTION HAS BEEN COMING THE DATE OF 19/11/2006.IT IS REFLECTING AGAIN I REQUEST THE CREDIT CARDS DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY THE TRANSACTION TO STOP THE POSSIBIITY AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.MY NEW CARD NUMBER IS 4346XXXXXXXXXXXX. VALID TILL 05/08.
